I used Erick Molinar to build my 1200 sq food ADU. Erick 's company did the job from A to Z. I am very happy with the work. He also helped me designed the ADU from plans, permits to construction. He is very knowledgeable and I would use him again.

He assisted me with getting the proper permits to convert an existing recreation room to an ADU. Permit was issued a few days ago. The whole process was seamless and Erick was there every step of the way.
